As a small business, we pride ourselves on the bespoke, personal relationships we build with our clients – one of the key reasons that we retain 91% of them on an annual basis, and that 95% of them would recommend us to another luxury business.

This simply couldn’t happen without the culture built by the Positive Luxury team. And it isn’t something that happens overnight – it takes work, it takes effort. As highlighted by The Sunday Times, the work done by our culture committee and how we act on the results of our bi-annual employee survey are instrumental in steering business improvements. We also aim to create an environment for personal and professional development through a number of initiatives, from internal training to dedicated study hours.
