Breakthrough Business of the Year recognises young companies that are playing a leading role in driving innovation in sustainability with clear purpose beyond profit. This could be through the development of new products and services and/or pioneering sustainable business and operating models. The judges are looking for quantifiable impact and commitment to the key areas of holistic sustainability: environmental, social and governance.
Minimum Criteria: This business must have an annual turnover of under £1million and trading for less than five years.
