THE DIAMOND STORE
The Diamond Store is one of the UK’s leading online jewellers, renowned for fine jewellery handcrafted in recycled precious metals and set with natural and lab-grown diamonds. With nearly 70 years of heritage and Hatton Garden craftsmanship at its core, the brand combines timeless design with modern values — including responsible sourcing, more sustainable materials and practices and certified quality. From engagement rings to everyday diamonds, every piece is created to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
SUSTAINABILITY PURPOSE
The Diamond Store places sustainability at the heart of its ethos, proving that fine jewellery can be both beautiful and responsible. Each piece is handcrafted in recycled precious metals and set with either lab-grown or conflict-free natural diamonds, sourced in line with The Kimberley Process and The National Association of Jewellers’ code of ethics. Working only with suppliers that share its sustainability values ensures full traceability. The brand offsets 100 tonnes of carbon annually, supports Amazon reforestation, and holds Positive Luxury’s Butterfly Mark – reflecting its ongoing commitment to ethical, transparent, and environmentally conscious craftsmanship.

REAL CHANGE IN ACTION
LAB-GROWN & ETHICALLY SOURCED
The Diamond Store offers both lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds, certified conflict-free through the Kimberley Process. The company also uses recycled metals in its jewellery, reducing its environmental impact without compromising on quality or beauty. This commitment to more sustainable practices enables customers to choose luxury pieces that align with their values.
CARBON
The Diamond Store is actively reducing its carbon footprint through measurable actions. In 2025, it committed to offsetting 100 tonnes of carbon, with 8.17 kg of emissions offset for every carat sold. The company supports initiatives such as the Pacajai REDD+ project in Brazil, which protects the Amazon from deforestation, and partners with DPD for 99.5% of deliveries using an expanding fleet of electric vehicles. As a result, customers can enjoy their purchases knowing that the environmental footprint has been measured, reduced and responsibly managed.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
The Diamond Store’s luxurious packaging, including jewellery gift boxes, is made from responsibly sourced, recyclable materials. The company aims to reduce waste while maintaining a premium unboxing experience. Most orders are delivered through DPD, whose growing electric vehicle fleet helps reduce transport emissions. From packaging to delivery, The Diamond Store prioritises environmental responsibility and more sustainable practices without compromising on luxury.
