Tateossian have developed formal, well-documented Human Resources policies that act as the legal foundation of good people management. The Tateossian employee handbook covers areas from employee engagement and learning and development to diversity, equality & inclusion and health & well-being, ensuring employees are aware of their individual opportunities and responsibilities within the business. Furthermore, Tateossian improve overall performance and satisfaction rates by providing employees with a formal 360-degree feedback process and annual employee satisfaction surveys. Professional development is also integrated into Tateossian’s people management processes by facilitating an allocated budget for training opportunities and ongoing management and leadership skills coaching.

During Tateossian’s assessment journey, the brand have developed a number of policies to support their internal operations as an organisation. From a general sustainability policy for their office and stores to a sustainable travel policy and separate energy, water and waste management policies, these clearly outlined guides are key to ensure that all aspects of Tateossian are conducted in such a way as to minimise any environmentally harmful activities or processes. Furthermore, Tateossian are in the process of developing KPIs related to ESG performance which will enable them to track progress toward ESG goals and targets, as well as ensure transparency and public accountability.
