Forevermark has launched a brand new podcast
With consumers taking a stronger stance on social and environmental issues beyond traditional CSR, Forevermark has launched a podcast called The Power of a Diamond. In the first episode, Samantha Conti, the London Bureau Chief for Women’s Wear Daily, moderates a panel focussing on the importance of safeguarding endangered species for future generations. The panel also opens the conversation on the positive impact of natural diamonds and what Forevermark does to conserve, protect and restore high levels of biodiversity. Through the discussion, which took place during Positive Luxury’s eighth edition of Positive Week, you’ll hear input from Charlie Mayhew, CEO of Tusk, a long-term partner of Forevermark through their work with the Southern African Wildlife College and Save the Rhino Trust; Kester Vickery, Co-founder of Conservation Solutions who was instrumental in the success of De Beers Group’s Moving Giants project; and Stephen Lussier, Chairman of Forevermark. Each of the panellists discuss a variety of topics from the immediate and real threat to wildlife from poaching, to why ecological issues are not just the responsibility of individuals and governments but of everybody including businesses.
