This award recognises a retailer whose commitment to sustainability across all five of the Positive Luxury assessment areas (innovation, social and environmental framework, community investment and governance) has delivered tangible positive results.
In addition to the operations of the retailer, the judges will be looking for evidence of how they use their influence and power through the selection of partners/brands and thereby drive sustainability through e.g. product offerings, staff training, education and engagement, marketing collateral, logistics, providence information, packaging and e-commerce.
