Luxury suppliers should have the highest standards. Our goal is to help brands identify responsible suppliers, ensuring they meet key ethical and operational standards.
This is a vetting process, not an expectation of perfection. Suppliers are required to score above 50% on their material drivers and at least 60% overall to pass our assessment. Our assessment extends beyond a supplier’s own operations to include their supply chains and, where relevant, their downstream practices. This ensures a more comprehensive view of their impact and responsibility

STEPS TO BECOMING A GOOD SUPPLIER
Our standards are high, but the process to become a Good Supplier is simple:
- Onboarding
An account manager will onboard you onto our vetting platform and help you complete the company information.
- Vetting
Complete the assessment and upload all supporting evidence, which will then be verified by an Account Manager.
- Listing
If a minimum score of 50% is reached in each material driver, and a 60% overall, you are a Good Supplier and your listing goes live.
- Networking
As a member of the Positive Luxury community and armed with the tools to promote your status as a Good Supplier, you can leverage sustainability to generate value and positive impact.
Two year re-vetting
After two years, re-vetting is required to maintain Good Supplier status.
The Good Supplier designation is a business-to-business recommendation based on evidence provided and assessed against our vetting criteria; it is not a certification or guarantee, does not include on-site auditing and should form only part of your supplier due-diligence process; nor is it to be used in consumer-facing marketing or to make sustainability claims to consumers. For specific enquiries regarding sustainability commitments, contact the relevant supply chain partner directly.
