The Tateossian employee handbook covers areas from employee engagement and learning and development to diversity, equality & inclusion and health & well-being, ensuring employees are aware of their individual opportunities and responsibilities within the business. Furthermore, Tateossian improve overall performance and satisfaction rates by providing employees with a formal 360-degree feedback process and annual employee satisfaction surveys. Professional development is also integrated into Tateossian’s people management processes by facilitating an allocated budget for training opportunities and ongoing management and leadership skills coaching.
