DOMUS NOVA

Domus Nova was born out of a desire to do things differently; to break the traditional agency model and focus on design-led property in Prime London and Ibiza, all while fulfilling the highest levels of service. Founded as Notting Hill’s first boutique agency, it remains an aspirational, lifestyle-based estate agency, focused purely on architecturally inspiring homes.

SUSTAINABILITY PURPOSE

Sustainability ethos – As a business, Domus Nova has always strived to set the pace, and its approach to sustainability is no different. As the first estate agency to be awarded the Butterfly Mark, Domus Nova is committed to driving meaningful change throughout its industry. By setting the highest benchmarks for both people and planet, the team strives to deliver a positive ESG impact – from the renewable energy sources that power its offices to the training opportunities and embedded health and wellbeing practices that bolster its culture. Putting relationships at the heart of its sustainability ethos, trust, collaboration and personal service underpin its approach. By engaging with those that share its values, Domus Nova continues to invest in its employees, champion the local community and ensure every decision is aligned to its ESG goals.
