Simon Rollings, who founded Canned Wine Co. with his friend Ben Franks, a trailblazer of esoteric wines in the UK trade, heads up the team at Canned Wine Co. Simon has experience in supply chain management, operations, innovation and performance marketing. He counts businesses like Hello Fresh and Eat First among his portfolio, with a passion in earlier stage food start-ups. Prior to launching Canned Wine Co., he completed an MBA at the University of Bath and continues to support the next generation of business owners.
Nicolas Saari | Associate Director, Positive Luxury
Nicholas leads the Growth and Client Engagement team at Positive Luxury. He holds an MBA from IMD Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. He began his career at a high-growth technology firm that successfully IPO’d in the United States. He has also worked in the supply chain unit at Tommy Hilfiger and as a strategy consultant to both pre-revenue and multi-billion-dollar luxury firms. His expertise spans digital transformation, strategy, and international business development.
