What inspired you to take part in the Positive Luxury Awards and what does this recognition mean to your brand and team?
We entered the Positive Luxury Awards because we wanted to reflect and celebrate the collective efforts of our team and wider community. Over the past 25 years, every step on our sustainability journey has been fuelled by a deep sense of purpose and responsibility to both people and planet. This recognition honours the hard work, innovation and shared values that shape every decision we make as a brand. It marks a milestone in our ongoing commitment to create lasting, positive impact and inspires us to continue pushing the boundaries in sustainable fragrance.
Why is it vital for luxury businesses to implement long-lasting, meaningful change that benefits both people and nature, rather than temporary or ‘quick fix’ solutions?
Luxury has the power to influence, and with that comes a responsibility to lead by example and with integrity. Our commitment is to create quality products, not just in how they look, feel and perform, but in the legacy they leave behind. Short-term fixes may offer quick wins, but they are often superficial and fall short of the real change our world needs. We believe long-term, meaningful action is the only way to truly protect natural resources, build deep connections and uplift the communities that are at the heart of everything we do. Consumers today are more conscious than ever; they want to align with brands that act with honesty, purpose and ensure accountability. This is not just a shift in behaviour, it is a shift in values and it is something we very much welcome.

With the current economic climate putting pressure on many businesses, how have you upheld your dedication to positive change and resilience as core pillars of your strategy?
It has definitely been challenging at times, but it has pushed us to be more creative, not just in the way we design and develop products, but in terms of improving efficiencies, from consolidating packaging to refining production. Strong and value-led relationships with our suppliers have also been key. They understand how deeply sustainability is woven into our brand pillars, and their willingness to collaborate and innovate alongside us has been essential in helping us stay resilient and true to our purpose.
How has your sustainability journey created value for both your internal teams and external stakeholders, from employees to consumers and investors?
This journey has strengthened us in so many ways. Internally, our sustainability efforts have empowered individuals at all levels to speak up and to share ideas. Progress happens when people care, and our team genuinely does. There is a real belief across the business that we are building something significant together. For our wider community, it has fostered a deeper level of trust and opened up honest conversation. The value created lies not only in brand equity but also in operational gains (through enhanced efficiency and risk mitigation).
What role has Positive Luxury played in helping your brand navigate and shape the future of sustainable luxury, and why is collaboration with organisations like this essential moving forward?
Positive Luxury has played a vital role in guiding our sustainability journey. It has given us a rigorous, credible framework to implement best practices, meet higher standards and ensure our actions are both transparent and authentic. Beyond the structure, it has connected us to a wider community of changemakers, offering support, insight and opportunities to improve in what is often a very complex and rapidly evolving space. We believe that collaboration at an industry level is fundamental to create lasting, meaningful change.
