JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Interim Sales Assistant
Location: Hybrid working with office located in Shoreditch, London
Reports To: Business Development Director
Duration: Immediate to end June 2022
ROLE SUMMARY
Positive Luxury is seeking a Sales Assistant who can support the business development team across the next five months to effectively build, manage and analyse the sales pipeline and qualified leads in the sales funnel. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive team player, with a passion for sustainability and luxury.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake online analysis and research to generate lists of relevant targets and contacts
Import cold leads into our sales and marketing databases to enable outreach and tracking
Support the team in tracking outreach and progress across the sales funnel to better understand conversion rates and times
Qualify inbound enquiries as required
Support the team in preparation for and follow-up from key client meetings
Generate weekly and monthly activity reports from the sales system
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Must have completed secondary education with positive results. A further degree is a plus, but not a must
Positive attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrable initiative
Experience using Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
Flexible, with a willingness to adapt to team needs
Interest in sustainability
COMPENSATION & CULTURE
Salary of £1,800 per month, equivalent to £12.00 per hour
22 days holiday pro rata, plus UK bank holidays
