With almost 30 years of experience in health, wellbeing and fitness, his work focusses on empowering people. Meditation and Mindfulness which became his life saving habits that are now at the core of Terrence’s teachings.

Over the last four years he has held Mindfulness retreats from India to Mykonos, taught Mindfulness meditation one on one to private individuals and worked with companies to bring Mindfulness into the workplace. He also created a Mindfulness App for the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity that has now been rewritten and made available to the public.
