Job title: Commercial Partnerships Executive 

Duration: Full time, permanent   

Location: Warehouse offices in Shoreditch, London EC2

Reporting to: Partnership Manager

 

Positive Luxury awards a unique trust mark, the Butterfly Mark, to luxury lifestyle brands enabling them to gain recognition for their commitment to craftsmanship, service and sustainability, whilst allowing consumers to identify at a glance which brands they can trust.

The company works with over 160 luxury brands coming from international luxury markets (fashion, hospitality, beauty, etc.) and it includes well-known brands (e.g. L’Oréal) as well as small and unique brands.

To succeed in this role, you need to be an excellent communicator with a creative commercial and strategic ability. Somebody who loves building new and existing relationships, with the ability to explain Positive Luxury’s values in a clear and concise manner.

Role:

The Commercial Partnerships Executive will identify, generate and manage new business development opportunities and commercial partnerships in order to help Positive Luxury achieve its operational objectives and financial targets.  

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver a strategic plan against new and existing targets and KPIs in order to plan effective growth.

  • Identify and negotiate new business and partnerships opportunities.

  • Build, manage and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and new on line retailers across beauty, fashion, jewellery, premium drinks, travel and others.

  • Engage with a range of stakeholders at senior management level.

  • Prepare proposals and present to potential new business partners in order to grow and monetize different areas of Positive Luxury content.

  • Retain and grow commercial partnerships to achieve agreed income targets.

  • Utilize digital media tools to achieve specific external engagement objectives and be open to explore how to make use of digital tools to achieve better results.

  • Monitor, evaluate and report on a monthly basis in order to ensure that the annual targets are met.

 Experience and Skills required for this role:


  • At least 2 years proven experience in sales and managing major corporate partnerships achieving a high level of income.

  • Proven experience in achieving challenging targets.

  • Proven experience of developing and maximizing new business opportunities.

  • Proven experience in negotiating highly lucrative commercial partnerships.

  • Experience of proposal writing.

  • Take a solution focused approach to problem solving to succeed in difficult circumstances and remain positive and quickly recover from set-backs, keeping problems in perspective.

  • Able to analyze available information to make logical and sound judgements. 

  • Able to convey complex ideas using a variety of methods to engage an audience and win understanding and support .

  • Able to present complex and difficult messages clearly with gravitas and impact.

Job title: Digital Marketing and PR  Manager

Duration: Full time, permanent      

Location Shoreditch, London EC2

Reporting to: Digital Creative Manager

Positive Luxury works with over 150 luxury brands from international luxury markets (fashion, hospitality, beauty, etc.) and includes well-known brands (e.g. L’Oréal) as well as small and unique brands.

Role:

As Positive Luxury’s Digital Marketing and PR Manager, your key objective is to make the Butterfly Mark highly sought after. This is an unusual and exciting role as you will be required to promote the Butterfly Mark through Positive Luxury and through our brand’s networks, requiring both B2B and B2C approaches. To succeed in this role, you need to have proven ability to develop and deliver measurable marketing programs that achieve positive ROI for both the company and its partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Positive Luxury brands and our internal teams, for external media and PR outreach, ensuring communication and marketing material is in line with both the brand’s and Positive Luxury’s ethos.
  • Helping to foster, develop and maintain relationships with online media partners.
  • Ensuring all marketing collateral and activities are included in the marketing calendar, and result in delivering a high ROI across all channels.
  • Help with organisation and delivery of Positive Luxury events.
  • Liaising with our brands to align marketing strategies, and identifying ways we can support the delivery of their marketing objectives.
  • Identifying relevant CSR and sustainability awards.
  • Taking the lead with creating new and maintaining existing media partnerships. This will involve story generation as well as pitching to all media publications.
  • Identifying, creating and maintaining relationships with influencers, celebrities, bloggers and vloggers.
  • Ensure all media databases and systems and are kept up to date.

 

Experience and Skills required for this role:

  • Minimum of 2 / 3 years of experience in similar roles preferably within the luxury sector.
  • The ability to build and manage relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering campaigns in a changing, dynamic and fast paced environment across all digital channels.
  • Proven experience of tracking and reporting on successful social media campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing website and social media activities.
  • Previously responsible for updating and overseeing marketing calendars.
  • Experience in pitching stories to journalists.
  • Organized and able to prioritize a busy workload and work to deadlines.
  • Able to work independently, co-operatively and as a team member.

Job Title: Content and Social
Media Manager

Salary: £24-£28k dependent
on experience

The team is growing and we are
now looking for an ambitious Content and Social Media Manager to join the team,
to influence, develop and execute our content and social media strategy,
generating awareness and demand for Positive Luxury and the Butterfly Mark
amongst brands and consumers.

To succeed in this role, your
experience in generating creative ideas, content and your social media
expertise will be central in making an immediate and sustained impact on our
brand awareness.

 

Role &
Responsibilities

Accountable for all content and social
media initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads that meet the
business objectives.

Work closely with our brand and marketing
teams in order to deliver compelling editorial and content that tells our brands
stories.

·        
Identify, build relationships and collaborate
with industry influencers and creative resources such as bloggers/vloggers,
designers and contributors.

·        
Responsible for ensuring all content is SEO
friendly and consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.

·        
Full ownership of day to day management of
all digital content hubs and social media channels, including newsletter
distribution and all active posting, comment responses and analytics.

·        
As the social community ‘voice’ of Positive
Luxury you will encourage loyalty by engaging with users and other stakeholders
by garnering relevant information and generating compelling content.

·        
This role requires an understanding of the
basic best practices of the main social media channels; which content and approaches
work on each and why.

·        
Integrate content programs with brand
campaigns to drive awareness of Positive Luxury and our brands.

·        
Measure and report performance of all content
and social media activities on an ongoing basis, assessing performance against
goals (ROI and KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.

 

Skills &
Experience


  • Excellent written and spoken English is
    absolutely critical for this position, along with experience of generating
    creative ideas, social media tactics and innovative copywriting.

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing
    SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing database, email, social media and/or display
    advertising campaigns including GoogleAdwords.

  • Working knowledge and experience of the top
    B2C (Facebook and Instagram) and B2B (LinkedIn, SlideShare, Twitter)
    social media channels.

  • Highly creative with proven ability to develop
    and manage engaging and original campaigns via website, social media and
    email marketing channels.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven
    thinking, with experience using tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to measure
    performance, determine improvements, and make adjustments.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best
    practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • The ability to think on your feet and make
    smart decisions, coupled with excellent planning, prioritisation and
    time-management skills

Role

We are looking for a
highly organised, flexible and enthusiastic Operations Team Administrator. The
successful candidate will have great communication skills, second to none
attention to detail, and unbeatable enthusiasm about delivering 1
st
class service.

To succeed in this role,
you need to be willing to work within the Operations teams, closely supporting
both the Head of Operations and Client Relationship Manager.

You will ensure the
wider Positive Luxury team are supported and better enabled to carry out their
roles. You will also support our Client Relationship Manager and Head of
Operations in all aspects of our delivery to clients. This will involve
gathering material to use on social media and updating our brand information
pages, alongside other tasks.

Responsibilities

and implementing beautifully curated brand experiences and marketing campaigns
