Moët et Chandon
Moët has been associated with the sparkle of success and glamour ever since the House was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët.
These are the values that are shared by the brand now and the values that inspired the founder’s grandson Jean-Remy Moët to share this unforgettable champagne with the world.
Moët & Chandon is part of the LVMH group, who are taking various steps to protect people and the planet. Measures have been put in place to minimise water and energy usage and the emission of greenhouse gases. The companies of their Wines & Spirits division take the issue of water wastage very seriously and simple measures are being developed to limit this from occurring. Some schemes in place are employee training in water conservation and the use of shut-off nozzles on hoses, as well as closed circuit air conditions and bottle washers, automated rinsing sequences and many more.
The quality of the natural, agricultural and urban landscapes is a priority for LVMH group and all Group sites are carefully designed to seamlessly blend into their environment. LVMH group also implements every resource to facilitate the recovery of its wastes. The employees in all Group companies have received special training, and each work station on their production sites is equipped with selective sorting containers.
Please celebrate responsibly.
