PRODUCT MANAGER

You will join an ambitious, mission-driven and rapidly-growing company. Positive Luxury is the first digital platform bringing together mindful luxury lifestyle brands, curated through the Butterfly Mark where people can shop, learn and be inspired. The Butterfly Mark is an easily identifiable symbol for luxury lifestyle brands with a proven holistic approach to sustainability

Technology and data are at the heart of Positive Luxury. We are looking to build and prove the business case for sustainability in the luxury lifestyle sector worldwide.

This is our first product hire, so you will be helping us figure out how to push product forward at Positive Luxury. The Product team will work closely with our team of engineers and designers, helping to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company helping us achieve ever more ambitious commercial SLAs (speed, cost, control and scalability), and user experience preparing the way for international expansion.


Requirements:

  • Ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools that support the Positive Luxury online platforms.
  • Drive product development, integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction 
  • Define and analyse metrics to inform the success of products.
  • Understand Positive Luxury’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognised as best in the industry 
  • Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions
  • are the norm 
  • Acute focus on operational performance and challenging the status-quo, nothing is off the table
  • Work in partnership with our developers and agencies
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and senior managers to prioritise, measure and monitor

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in product management, including delivery of entire products start to finish, ideally B2C products, high growth e-commerce, or marketplace businesses that have significant operational processes
  • Proven experience in launching sophisticated products that require expectation management and internal coordination with other teams
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an analytical mind-set geared toward data analytics and research based decision making.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces with the ability to create examples through wireframes and mock-ups 
  • Experience developing web based products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment 
  • Strong, proven problem-solving skills with an ability to dig deep to fully understand the desired solution or outcome, navigating from “what is being asked” to “what is the need”
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of web technologies and software development
  • Commercially driven and understand the business outcomes and implications that your roadmap is trying to achieve, not afraid to make difficult decisions based on achieving these outcomes
  • The ability to own product development throughout the entire product lifecycle and to mentor others on how to do the same
  • Engineering or Computer Science degree, or relevant experience in e-commerce or luxury e-commerce is a bonus.

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact with our Positive Luxury brands. taking clear briefs and managing the delivery of quality work, on time and brief, to the brand’s satisfaction.
  • On boarding customers and building long lasting relationships with various stakeholders within the client’s team
  • Identify, create and articulate compelling value propositions to clients around business opportunities and services with Positive Luxury.
  • Help to drive all service KPIs and ensure business needs are met. 
  • Retain clients by ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and by delivering engaging, high quality, efficient, and consistent support
  • Strategically handle client’s activities and deadlines in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Research, generate and develop a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities for our clients to help maximise their revenue growth consistent with the brand values. 
  • Handle incomings calls from customers, answering all queries and concerns, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Act as a liaison between the Positive Luxury's Creative and Brand Teams, ensuring that all work for the client is carried out in an effective and timely manner.
  • Review monthly performance with clients, produce monthly contact reports, summaries and presentations to customers and senior management
  • Updating the Creative Team in terms of client pipeline for Positive Luxury’s marketing calendar 
  • Update client database regularly and ensure information is properly tagged
  • Play a key role in client events and Positive Luxury's marketing initiatives.

 

Qualifications and Personal Profile

  • Ideally 2 years+ of B2B experience in the luxury or travel industry in a client-facing role.
  • Background experience in a PR or marketing agency and or in the client services team of luxury reward programmes is a plus
  • A deep belief in the value of mission driven business and an alignment with Positive Luxury's values and mission.
  • A proven track record of exceeding goals and a focus on the bottom line. Evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment. 

  • Enjoys working hard; 
a complete self-starter with almost unlimited initiative – good at working as part of team as well as on their own.

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Reporting to our Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the initial qualification involving new and/or emerging business opportunities. 


Responsibilities

  • Generating new business. 
  • Meeting with potential clients and explaining the Positive Luxury offering and value proposition.  
  • Executing the full sales lifecycle; from opening a dialogue with CEOs and MDs of luxury lifestyle brands companies through to negotiation and successful close. 
  • Working to targets in a competitive sales environment
  • Open and close deals either over the phone and or face to face 
  • Experience in building and managing your pipeline of prospects and converting them into actual business in order to achieve your monthly targets
  • Leading weekly trade updates with the Commercial Manager with 100% accuracy on pipeline and targets
  • Ensure that the CRM database is kept up to date and all information is properly tagged and tracked


Skills & Experience

  • Ideally 2 years+ of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to think strategically, spot opportunities and trends and incorporate them into the business development strategy.
  • Possesses an excellent telephone sales manner
  • Strong customer development and relationship management skills 
  • A professional and engaging manner, with a demonstrable legacy of hitting targets
  • Experience and contacts within the luxury industry is desirable

SENIOR PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE

We are expanding rapidly both domestically and internationally, and we are on the look-out for someone with experience managing and growing both commercial and strategic partnerships. 

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and brand management teams, this role is essential to help grow the business, approaching new projects for our brand community and helping the company branch out into new and exciting horizons.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and negotiate new business and partnership opportunities to maximise the reach of our brands across luxury networks and communities.
  • Build, manage and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and new online retailers across beauty, fashion, jewellery, premium drinks, travel and others to drive visibility of the Butterfly Mark.
  • Engage with a range of stakeholders at senior management level.
  • Prepare proposals and present to potential new business partnerships in order to grow the Positive Luxury reach and collaborations.
  • Retain and grow partnerships to achieve agreed targets.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on a monthly basis in order to ensure that the annual targets are met.


Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years proven experience managing major corporate and retail partnerships.
  • Proven experience in achieving challenging targets.
  • Proven experience of developing and maximizing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communications with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Proven experience in negotiating lucrative commercial partnerships.
  • Experience of proposal writing and luxury client management

SENIOR CRM EXECUTIVE

We are expanding rapidly both domestically and internationally, and are on the look-out for Senior CRM Executive that will support the execution of all aspects of digital marketing, including driving consumer loyalty and retention ensuring our business is relevant to consumers and brands.

This position will be perfect for an individual with a curious mind, who is obsessive about finding out how our customers perform.


Responsibilities

  • Management of customer database.
  • Developing an effective email strategy including, building, testing and scheduling
  • Digital campaign management, including retargeting, dynamic retargeting, Google AdWords, programmatic, A/B testing, attributional modelling, etc.
  • Working closely with the content team to ensure the content strategy is aligned with the business objectives
  • Improving loyalty and engagement of our B2B and B2C target audience
  • Analysing results to optimise and understand the customer journey and improve conversion rates
  • Clearly identifying consumer journey maps and understanding the critical touchpoint opportunities to engage with the consumer to drive the retention rates and lifetime value of our consumers.
  • Identifying the appropriate segmentation and micro targeting strategies to deliver a better experience
  • Creating a clearly defined nursery and trigger programme to encourage repeat visits and purchases to the website
  • Creating and implementing a plan to accurately collect consumer data that is GDPR compliant to grow the brand databases.
  • Ensuring a clear test and learn plan is in place to drive improvement in core metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click through rate, engagement and goals (e.g. sale)
  • Report on weekly basis on all relevant global CRM marketing activity. Using these results to create initiatives, optimise and continually improve performance of the customer database.

 

Skills & Experience

  • 1 -2 years’ experience in a CRM working with a B2B and B2C customer database
  • Experience of tailoring messaging to target audiences
  • Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience of working across multiple brands sites and platforms
  • Strong experience in CRM strategies and systems from a retail environment
  • Good Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately manipulate large amounts of data
  • Commercial awareness to understand drivers of sales
  • Experience of wider digital marketing and ecommerce to understand the role of CRM within this context.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR and how it applies to CRM & Microsoft packages
  • Consumer centric in all you do
  • Experience in a customer-facing email or eCRM role with strong copywriting, design, segmentation and testing skills
  • Proven ability to create and execute commercially-driven customer strategies
  • Well versed in HTML, particularly in reference to HTML email design and the limitations imposed by ISPs and email clients.
  • Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting (including web analytics) to enhance campaign performance
