The Rosendale is owned by Renaissance Pubs who are school friends Mark Reynolds, Nick Fox and Tom Peake. They also own three pubs in Clapham, The Avalon, The Stonhouse and The Abbeville, The Bolingbroke in Battersea as well as The Tommyfield in Kennington and The Rosendale in West Dulwich.

They opened their first venue in 2002 and since then have gone from strength to strength, recently being awarded Best Multiple Operator by The Publican. Click here for further details.
