Drake & Morgan was established in March 2008 and The Refinery was the first venue to open. Following this, The Parlour opened in October 2009 in Canary Wharf, and site number three, The Anthologist, opened on Gresham Street in the city in April 2010. The Folly opened on Gracechurch Street in early November 2010 and site number five, The Drift, opened in Heron Tower on 4 July 2011.

The Parlour is an all-day and evening venue great for a business breakfast, lunch with colleagues, social drinks, dinner or a private party. Its seasonal menu focuses on quality, local ingredients with a unique 'skinny' cocktail and impressive wine list to match.
