Sonya Kashmiri launched her eponymous accessories label in London in Autumn 2008, and has since exhibited at both London and Paris fashion weeks. The accessories use a combination of natural and organic materials such as Italian chrome-free leathers to create sculptural, elegant and desirable fashion items with a sustainable edge.

They have a strong focus on structure and shape, symmetry and detailing such as clean raw edge seams that has since become a signature of the brand. Design, functionality and materials are of equal importance, the objective is to be as sustainable as possible without compromising the design aesthetics.  All materials and accessories are produced in Europe.

Sonya Kashmiri has worked as a designer since 1997, with brands such as Acupuncture footwear and Biba. It was whilst training in footwear design at the renowned Cordwainer's college that Sonya developed her love for design and an affinity for natural materials. After seven years in the industry, she returned to do an MA with a focus on craftsmanship and won a scholarship from the prestigious Girdlers, the Guild of bag makers.
