Belgian-born Michelle Manguette came to London 30 years ago where she met and married Jeremy Rose, owner of the Feng Sushi restaurants. Fascinated by jewellery and design she opened her first jewellery shop, Manguette, in Kensington Church Walk in the early 80s. In 1997 she moved to her current premises at 40 Gordon Place.
Always searching for outstanding designers, Michelle has travelled all over the world and this is reflected in the many international designers she showcases. Manguette specialises in semi-precious stones, many acquired on her travels, amber and pearls all encased in 22kt or 24kt gold.
Her designers include Vaubel, Gurhan and Margo Morrison.
