Established in London in 1993, Ashleigh & Burwood is now one of London’s leading home fragrance houses. Seeing fragrance as an art form, the company designs scents for the home as personal to you as the perfume you wear.
Ashleigh & Burwood's product designs and fragrance concepts originate from their in-house creative design team. All fragrance concepts are placed with some of the world’s biggest fragrance manufacturers. This ensures quality control – something at the heart of the company’s philosophy. All products undergo rigorous quality testing providing assurance that the products are of the highest standards of safety.
This ethos extends into Ashleigh & Burwood’s ethical policy. They refuse to work with any government or business which fails to uphold basic human rights or who links to an oppressive regime. Theydo not work with any organisation linked to the Arms Trade, and strive to support fair trade businesses.
Animal welfare is another key concern of the company. They do not purchase from anyone involved in animal testing, intensive farming, blood sports or the fur trade. Furthermore they actively support the development of alternatives to animal testing and the promotion of animal welfare.
A member of the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil), their own environmental policy aims to better their own sustainability by purchasing from local and regional suppilers and minimising waste generation.
Ashleigh & Burwood is a supporter of Great Ormond Street Hospital charity and the WWF through their WWF Gold Business club membership. They have been awarded sole distributor rights for the French luxury organic brand Panier des Sens, highlighting their status as a trusted ethical company.
